St Louis Alzheimer's Association Announcement
The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services has awarded the Alzheimer's Association St. Louis Chapter $432,000 for the Caring at Home Grant (Contract #C3145184001) to provide up to $1,000/year for respite support or care-related products to all Missouri families caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or a related disorder at home.
The Alzheimer’s Association is currently accepting applications for the Respite Assistance Program. For information on how to apply or additional resources available in your community, visit www.alz.org/stl or call 800.272.3900.
